Reading Is Fashionable: Good Book Hunting: Lucky Charm
I just finished a wonderful book called Lucky Charm by Marie Astor and I can very well see this book converted into a movie. As a lover of Fashion, Art and creativity, I love that most of the characters in the book, Annabel- an advertising copy writer, Lilly- an aspiring fashion designer, Meridith-an aspiring pastry chef?, Etienne-works with Hollywood and yes even Jeremy- who is an aspiring author Not (you’ll see what I mean), are all involved in creative careers. The book highlights the unfortunate happenings of love lost, the fortunate & unexpected happenings of love found, and all that often encompasses both. I realized I haven’t posted a Good Book Hunting: Book List in quite some time and to be honest with you, I’m not sure why. Because I never and mean never, stop reading. LOL. Once I finish one book, I always have about three more in waiting and I usually start on the next one, the very same day I finish the last one. I honestly prefer to read than watch television.
